Chief Executive Officer

Simon brings over 20 years of experience leading event technology organizations. After leading the successful exit of his previous event tech platform company—where he leveraged his deep expertise in technology and data, strategic partnerships, and business development—he founded Avidity to take a core passion one step further. He believes that event tech should solve problems, deliver on the highest expectations of stakeholders, and help event managers do incredible things.

Katie is an operations leader with nearly a decade as Director of Project Delivery at WebEvents Global and 13+ years managing large-scale technology events for HP and HPE. She drives delivery excellence and operational rigor across every Avidity engagement.
